2026 STLFW Nightly Vendor Table Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in STLFW as a business vendor. We are now accepting applications for our June 2026 Vendor Booths during the STLFW Runway Shows at 18 Rails. Vendor booth fees are $200per night.

Booths are available nightly, June 10th - June 13th, 2026. In order to have a space during our Saturday Finale runway show, you will need to participate in our Saturday Vendor Market. You can find that application on our website under the participate tab, under STLFW VENDORS. The fee for Saturday, June 13th is $500.

* Please note the following before submitting your information:

-Vendor selling times on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be limited to between 4pm - 7:00pm and then again after the show from 9pm - 10:00pm. Saturday will also include the Vendor Market open times of 10am - 4pm.

- If you are chosen, invoices will be sent and are required to be paid in full upon receipt and before the event.

- You will be provided with a 30" x 72" table, black linen, and 2 chairs for your use. Additional items will be the vendor's responsibility (e.g., extension cords, lighting, display stands, rolling racks, etc.)

- There is no set dimension of space, as it may vary between event, venue, and number of participating businesses. However, space is unlikely to exceed 8'x8'.

- You may have up to 2 people working your table. Additional persons will not be permitted without prior approval from STLFW.

- You are responsible for set-up/tear-down of your space in accordance with the time frame set out by STLFW prior to the events.

  • Table Set-up 3:00 pm each evening
    Runway Market Hours: 5:00 PM - 30 min after closing of show (est. 10/10:30 pm) In order to participate in the Saturday evening show, you must also be signed up for the Vendor market that day. See additional application for more details.

    If having a table multiple evenings, you may leave your items set up overnight as the store will be locked overnight. STLFW cannot provide monitoring of your belongings nor be held responsible in the instance of theft or damage to any materials at your table, so we encourage all vendors to hold insurance for your specific business and items.
  • We are attempting to limit the number of permanent jewelry and Paparazzi providers. If you provide either of these services but do not notate it here, you risk over-saturation, lack of access to electrical outlets, and could be asked to not vend.
  • Union Station is a public venue. While there is security on site, KCFW cannot provide monitoring of vendor's supplies, materials, products, etc...
