There is a $25 registration fee due upon sign-up, which must be paid in order to attend rehearsals.

A $125 participation fee is due by October 31st, 2025.

If you wish to perform, you must obtain performance attire (red tunic blouse and black palazzo pants)

Performance Attire (purchase) - $175

Performance Attire (rental) - $75

If you choose to rent attire, all garments must be dry cleaned and returned by the end of the season.

These fees are non-refundable.

Media Release

In consideration of my participation in the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus' / Cantate Choir, I hereby authorize the videotaping, photography, and recording of myself, and/or release of my name and achievements for educational, promotional, and other purposes deemed appropriate by officers of the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus. I also authorize the use of the videotape/photography and other information regarding myself in printed matter or other media for presentations by the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus without my further consent. I hereby agree that such media information shall be the sole property of the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus.
