You can determine whether to fill in the voluntary field(s) or not. However, if you have not filled in all mandatory fields, the Company may not process your application. The personal information provided by you will be destroyed within 12 months after the completion of the captioned seminar. You have the right to request for change of consent/objection to receive the above promotional materials.
