**Students must be at least 1 parent or chaperone in order to reserve a room with this group. I cannot accept reservations for 18 yr olds who want to go to Mexico without parents/chaperone **NO EXCEPTIONS**

Deposit is due upon registration.

Roundtrip flight is nonstop from MCI to CUN through Vacation Express and Viva Aerobus.

**Charter seats require payment up front and are non-refundable without insurance. There are no exceptions, so please make sure you are aware that you need to insure your flights in the event of an unforeseen circumstance

FLIGHTS-IF you choose not to fly one the charter flight, you will be responsible to book your own flights.

In lieu of my credit card imprint, I (card holder) hereby authorize Cruise Planners to use my credit card information to process the non refundable $300 desposit for the travel as agreed upon with the travel supplier Classic Vacations.

I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions related to this charge by Classic Vacations. I understand in the event of cancellation or change that financial penalties may be assessed by Classic Vacations. I will not hold Cruise Planners or agent liable for these charges.

COVID-19 Travel Waiver

For the booking information above, I requested that my Cruise Planners® Travel Advisor, an independently owned and operated travel business ("Agency"), book travel arrangements on my behalf. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I acknowledge and fully understand that these travel arrangements may be interrupted or cancelled by the associated travel supplier, a government entity, or another third party outside of Agency's control for reasons that are unforeseeable at this time. I also understand and acknowledge that travel involves the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to, injury, illness, disease, epidemics, and/or pandemics. I expressly understand and agree that I assume all such risks associated with travel whether or not specified herein. I further understand and acknowledge that Agency has no control over the associated supplier\'s policies which, in addition to applicable law, will solely govern any cancellation, rebooking, and refund related to these travel arrangements.

I also understand and acknowledge that the purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended and that coverage for circumstances such as these depends on the specific policy I purchase. Should I elect to obtain coverage, the travel insurance policy obtained by me to cover these travel arrangements will dictate any coverage for financial loss resulting from these circumstances.

"Force Majeure" Cruise Planners and/or Classic Vacations or Vacation Express shall have no responsibility or liability to any part for the following (collectively "Force Majeure Events"): any loss, cost, or damage incurred by either party arising from or in connection with the failure to perform any obligation under this contract provided such failure results from an act of God, seizure under local process, sanctions, quarantine restrictions, fire, fog, volcanic ash, smog, earthquake, flood, weather, hurricane, mechanical difficulties, riots or civil commotions, strikes, labor stoppage (whether resulting from disputes between either party and its employees, or between other parties), war, acts of terrorism, travel service provider disruption or delays, flight cancelations or delays, and any other acts, matter of things, whether or not of a similar nature.

As such, by signing below, I hereby agree to hold Agency harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages including, without limitation, monetary losses, damage to person or property, illness/disease, delays, negligence, or inconvenience, that I may incur as a result of the circumstances described herein.
