This acknowledgment form serves to inform and remind residents of their responsibility regarding the fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in the rental unit or home. As a resident, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and proper maintenance of these devices during your tenancy. Your property owner will conduct a once per year test, cleaning and battery replacement of your alarms in accordance with Fire Safety.
