Cancellation Policies *

I agree to the following Cancellation/Refund policy:

Pet-sitting - Any Overnight House-Sitting reservation canceled within one week of the appointment/booking will be charged 50% of total fee for each reservation. All pet-sitting reservations, that extend over a holiday weekend, that are cancelled within one week of the start of the reservation, will be charged 50% of the total trip.

All pet-sitting services, including Overnight House-Sitting, will be charged in full if canceled after 3:00pm the day before the reservation starts.

Regular weekly clients - full credit/refund if cancelled before 3:00pm the night before a service.

Full charge will be due for services canceled after 3:00pm the night before.
