I certify that to the best of my knowledge that my child is in good health and he/she has no physical conditions that would interfere with the physical requirements of day camp. My child has a current tetanus shot or booster.
Assumption of Risk. Guardians of riders recognize that horses are sentient beings, and as such, can cause injury through their actions despite the careful attention of WaterGap. Guardian therefore, hereby assumes the risk for any and all injuries which may be caused, in whole or in part, by the Guardian’s horse or any other horse on the premises at WaterGap or by any other circumstance. Guardian further agrees to hold WaterGap and its property owners harmless and to indemnify WaterGap and its property owners for any and all injuries to any and all Guardian’s guests and/or family members on WaterGap’s property at the expressed invitation of Guardian which may be caused, in whole or in part, by the Guardian’s horse or any other horse on the premises at WaterGap or any other circumstance.
