I started my career in the BPO industry way back in 2012. I held a role of being a technical support representative for a telecommunications company based in the U.S. With no prior experience, my eagerness to learn new skills made me successful in the field. I made sure to comply with given tasks and maintain a better, if not good KPI score during his tenure.
Over the years, I had experience working as a Customer Service Representative, Order Taker, Rostering Representative and Back Office Representative for a few companies based in Australia and U.S. The highlight of my working experience happened when I got hired by an In-house company called Global Payments which also happens to be a Fortune 500 company. That is where I spent most of my career in. I’ve been given a job of being a project consultant for an online software company called Active Network which was recently bought by Global Payments themselves. Project consultation provided me wide variety of knowledge in software support, client training, e-commerce, data-entry and had given me an opportunity to get better insights about company’s pipeline and future goals. The company has given me an opportunity to work with big clients in sports and classes organizations (USA Swimming, Color Run, Tough Mudder, etc.). Given with work pressure and tight deadlines, I was able to finish almost all of my projects and provide the best on boarding experience to my clients.
