TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

Welcome to the (ToS) of my rules and guidelines of filling out the commission form.

You must be 18 or older in order to submit a commission request. Minors that try to fill out a commission form will be permanently blocked on both Picarto and FA.

Process

- Payment will be taken via PayPal

- An invoice will be sent upon beginning process of commission.

- Changes are permitted while the commission is being worked on (please keep number of changes reasonable)

- I will ask you to confirm the base sketch before moving on to coloring.

- Once sketch has been approved for coloring no further changes to the base image will be permitted.

- I will work on your commission without you present if you prefer but this will waive any right to changes to the commission unless they are incredibly simple and easy to perform

Payment

- Paypal invoice will be sent upon beginning progress of the commission.

- Payment is accepted only through PayPal and is due upon completion of your image

Pricing

- My commission prices are set prices and are non negotiable. For items not listed below I will provide a quote for you on the spot.

- Complex characters carry an extra charge that will be determined based off the complexity of your character.

- Basic scenery/background items or copious amounts of food/items are subject to extra charges to be determined before starting the commission.

- General rule of thumb is if something takes a significant amount of time to draw beyond that of the base character/commission there will be an extra charge that will vary depending on the complexity that is being requested.
