DRONE SHOW CHECKLIST

Please complete the following items prior to show day to ensure a seamless drone show experience.

Gate Access *

Please ensure any gates to the launch site are open and unlocked upon our team's arrival, 10 hours prior to launch time. Our team will enter with equipment vehicles and open access is essential for a timely set-up.

Barricades & Cones *

Please ensure all requested cones and barricades are in place prior to crew arrival. Proper staging of these items allows us to efficiently establish and maintain our restriction zone.

Grass Cutting *

Please ensure the grass in and around the designated launch area has been cut and is free of all debris and obstructions. This helps our team maintain a clean launch environment and safe drone operations.

Sprinkler System *

Please ensure all sprinkler systems in or near the launch site are turned off for the entirety of the day, including the evening of the show. Water Exposure poses a risk to drone equipment and operations.

Lighting *

Please ensure any streetlights, aerial lights, or other bright lighting within the event area are turned off prior to drone launch to provide the best visual experience and overall performance.
