  • Teachers, bus drivers, and school staff do not pay Museum admission.
  • Extra chaperones include parents, grandparents, and any non-school adults visiting with a school. All extra chaperones must pay Museum general admission.
  • Out of state groups must pay sales tax of 8%. If not applicable, type NA.

  • Clicking yes shows interest only. Museum staff will confirm train availability after registration. The train is an additional $400 for groups with less than 60 students. For groups with 61 or more students, the train is an additional $6.50/rider.
  • The Drug Store is located within the Village. Store items cost anywhere from $0.19 to $20+. This is a separate cost from the admission/field trip fee.

    When selecting a departure time, please consider what time your group needs to leave the museum to return on time to your destination.
  • *For Self-Guided Tour groups only. The Opry Shelter will be available for schools to eat their sack lunches.
