The ‘Live’ job fair will take place on Oct. 14 utilizing an online platform that will allow candidates to visit virtual hiring rooms or ‘booths’ to learn more about the employers and view job vacancies. Employers will be able to customize a virtual hiring room to showcase their workplace and positions, connect via chat or zoom with candidates on the event day, access resumes for registered candidates, view reports on the individual traffic to their ‘booth’ and follow up with candidates post event.
