TRUNK LOAD -IN & ARRIVAL TIME - Trunk Host load-in is from 1:00–3:00 PM. All vehicles must be checked in and inside the designated Trunk or Treat area no later than 3:00 PM. For the safety of our guests and to allow time for final event preparations, no vehicles will be permitted to enter the event area after 3:00 PM. Please plan accordingly and arrive with enough time to park and complete your setup.

REMAIN FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT - I understand that for the safety of our guests, my vehicle must remain parked in its assigned location throughout the event. I will not attempt to leave until event staff have given permission for vehicles to exit.

FAMILY FRIENDLY DECORATIONS - I/We understand that all trunk decorations, costumes, music, games, and displays must be family-friendly. Scary, graphic, violent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate themes or decorations are not permitted.

NO PETS - I/We understand that pets are not permitted in the Trunk or Treat event area.

NO OUTSIDE AFFILIATIONS OR PROMOTION - I/We understand that participation as a trunk host does not provide an opportunity to represent, advertise, promote, or distribute materials for an outside business, organization, ministry, political group, or other affiliation.

NO UNATHORIZED HANDOUTS - I/We will not distribute flyers, business cards, promotional materials, literature, samples, or other items.

CANDY AGREEMENT - I/We agree to arrive with at least two bags of candy to start and understand that additional candy will be distributed throughout the event as available.

NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES - For the safety of all guests and participants, open flames, candles, torches, or any other flame-producing items are strictly prohibited. Battery-operated candles and lights are permitted and encouraged as a safe alternative.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING - Water of Life is a smoke-free and vape-free campus. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on campus at any time, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - I/We agree to follow all instructions provided by Water of Life staff, event leadership, security, and parking personnel.
