    What beer styles will you be bringing to sample? If unknown, please list TBD.

    Please Note: What styles you are bringing will need to be determined two weeks prior to the event for program purposes.
  • Tents

    Please indicate if your brewery has a tent to provide, or if you will need a tent provided for you.

    Please Note: No additional tents will be available day-of on BrewFest Saturday.
  • Hotel Rooms

    We are offering complimentary hotel rooms for brewers traveling over 75 miles. In order to reserve a room, we need to receive your contract by May 8, 2021. If we do not receive it by this date, we may be able to offer overnight accommodations, it will be at a campsite on the Faire grounds instead of a hotel. Camping spaces are limited and based on availability at the time of request.
  • AGREEMENT

    PRODUCER Agrees to Provide:

    - 4 Participant Passes; If more passes are needed, they can be purchased a discounted rate (up to 10 passes at $30 each), provided requests are made prior to May 8, 2021.
    - 4 Complimentary souvenir glasses for brewers.
    - One Table
    – Ice throughout the day
    – Cold storage for kegs
    - Up to $500 in participation stipend dependent on Participant meeting the keg requirement.
    - Free listing in program
    - Free listing on Brewfest festival souvenir T-shirt, provided you are registered by May 8, 2021
    - Web listing on festival website, linkable to brewery website
    - Lunch will be provided to brewers between sessions
    - 1 Tent (10x10'). However, if the brewery provides their own 10x10' tent, they will receive an additional $50 in their stipend. Tents will not be available day-of and must be reserved in advance.
    - Complimentary hotel rooms for brewers traveling over 75 miles requested in advance by the May 8, 2021 deadline. If we do not receive it by this date, we may be able to offer overnight accommodations, it will be at a campsite on the Faire grounds instead of a hotel. Camping spaces are limited and based on availability at the time of request.
    - Complimentary camping on grounds, includes showers and bathrooms if requested in advance by the May 8, 2021 deadline. If bringing an RV, water/electric hook-up for $25 per day.
    - An opportunity for your brewery to be featured in our $40,000 marketing campaign.
    - If festival has to provide items that participant has forgotten, the items will be docked from the stipend.

    PARTICIPANT Agrees to Provide:

    - At least two different brews to sample. Each brewery MUST bring five kegs or 77.5 Gallons total, but please note that there could be a fluctuation on the required amount depending on the amount of breweries participating. This will be known no less than 3 weeks in advance. If the amount of kegs required increases the amount paid to the brewery will increase accordingly.
    - If brewery brings more than five kegs, it is at the benefit of the brewery and does not affect the participation stipend or the producer.
    - Your own tapping equipment including CO2 and plastic tubs to put your kegs in.
    - If festival has to provide items that participant has forgotten, the items will be docked from the stipend.
    - People to set up sampling station. Producer does not provide station setup support.
    - People to man your sampling station.
    - A Tent (10x10'). If the brewery provides a 10x10' tent, they will receive an additional $50 in their stipend. Tents will not be available day-of and must be reserved in advance by the May 8, 2021 deadline.
    - "Whisper quiet" generator if station requires electric. Producer does not provide electric.
    - A certificate of insurance listing us as an additional insured venue. Copies can be sent to Erica Cabrera at: Erica@PaRenFaire.com.
    - A digital copy and right of use of a brewery logo for festival promotions. Logo should be min size of 2x2 inches, 300DPI in .jpg, .ai or .eps format (for .ai and .eps, text should be outlined).
    - Optional: Your own retail merchandise may be sold at the festival WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ALL DRINKWARE.
  • Bar House Policy

    The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire and SHB Restaurant Corp are certified through The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s
    State RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management program) program.
    Additional information regarding our specific HOUSE policies for serving alcohol are as follows:

    CARDING
    During outdoor festivals, a carding station will be located just outside the front gates to expedite the carding process.

    - Brewery/Pourer has the right and responsibility to card any patron

    SERVING UNDER AGED PATRONS
    - Any Brewery/Pourer who knowingly serves a minor will be subject to immediate expulsion.
    - Brewery/Pourer also risks fines from the PA State Police, Liquor Control Enforcement
    - Brewery/Pourer also risks involvement in a Civil Liability Lawsuit

    VISIBLY INTOXICATED PATRONS (VIP)
    - Brewery/Pourer must refuse service of alcohol to any person who appears to be visibly intoxicated
    - BrewFest will supply signage to state this rule. Signage must be displayed in a prominent location at each serving booth.
    - Brewery/Pourer must inform management that patron has been flagged

    SERVING VISIBLY INTOXICATED PATRONS (VIP)
    - Any Brewery/Pourer who fails to stop service to a VIP will be subject to immediate loss of BrewFest privileges.
    - Brewery/Pourer also risks fines from the PA State Police, Liquor Control Enforcement
    - Brewery/Pourer also risks involvement in a Civil Liability Lawsuit

    **A supportive team of festival coordinators and security are available on-site and properly equipped to handle any and all problem situations with under-age or visibly intoxicated persons.

    ACTIVITY AT YOUR BOOTH
    - No beer will be sold at brewery booths
    - No charging for samples
    - Sample pours may not exceed 2 ounces
    - Brewers must pour samples from within their designated area
    - Each sampling patron will receive a complimentary sampling glass.
    - Breweries may only pour samples in festival designated glasses.

    ALCOHOL AND EXITING THE GROUNDS
    - No patron may leave with any open container of alcohol (including alcohol in glasses and cups)
    - No open containers are allowed in vehicles

    LAST CALL
    - 15-minute warning will be called during both sessions.
    - This is the notice that you have 15 more minutes to pour

    Failure to comply with any and all of the above policies may result in immediate loss of BrewFest privileges.
