  • CANCELLATION FEES:

    AVALON WATERWAYS Guest Cancellation Schedule

    The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all cancellations received prior to departure up to the scheduled time of departure.
    From Time of Booking- $250 per person is non-refundable.
    Jan 20, 2027 - 50% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.
    March 20, 2027 - 80% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.
    April, 20, 2027 - 100% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.

    PAMS PATH TO TRAVEL will charge $100 per person cancellation fee regardless of when you cancel your reservation. This fee will be charged to the credit card last used for a trip payment and if for some reason that card is no longer valid, guest agrees to submit a new card for processing of said cancellation fee.

  • ***If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, DWI/DUIs, child support issues or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Pams Path to Travel will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel Insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policy for details.***

It is the traveler's responsibility to follow all requirements and guidelines that may be set forth by the airlines, cruise lines, theme parks, tour companies, hotels and resorts. Upon booking your vacation with Pams Path to Travel you are accepting responsibility for your health and safety during travel. You are also responsible to make sure any required vaccination records are up to date.***

    We highly recommend that each traveler insure their trip with Trip Cancellation Insurance. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is advised that insurance be purchased within 1-2 weeks of your initial trip deposit. Please select an insurance option below:
