This is to authorize HIGHPRIME REALTY, its Brokers and Salespersons led by MICHELLE B. MADARANG, Licensed Real Estate Broker # 0019349 to market for sale my condominium unit above.
I give you and through you, the authority to advertise, network with your co-brokers and to show the property to prospective buyers, notwithstanding the expiration of this authority, you shall be entitled to your full broker’s professional fee mentioned above in case your buyer/s and in whatever price we agreed upon with the buyer whom you have previously presented or notified/registered buys the above property.
The Broker shall be entitled to receive a Professional Fee equivalent to 5% of the agreed selling price less CGT/TOO Fee.
Upon payment of the Buyer the reservation fee or earnest money to the Seller, the Seller shall give 50% of the amount of the earnest money to the Broker, as a form of advance professional fee, to be deductible from the total professional fee due to the Broker. Payment shall be in the form of Cash if the Buyer paid the Seller in Cash. If the Buyer paid the Seller in the form of a check, the Seller shall issue a Check payable to the Broker dated 3 business days from the date of the check issued by the buyer.

This non-exclusive authority is good until the property remains unsold on a First Come First Serve Basis.
***Note: Listing your unit is FREE. Broker shall only be paid his/her Professional Fee upon closing a deal with a buyer endorsed by the Broker.
