1. If the client himself/herself has an email, it must be added in the Edit Profile section of CC
2. In the contacts tab of every client, you must add the HCP or important family members in there and you MUST check off the box that says PRIMARY (in the relationships section)
The home office will send out emails to the client and anyone checked off as Primary so make sure that anyone in the CC ADLs contact section that is important is also in the Contacts tab and checked off as primary (yes, you can have more than one contact checked off as primary)
If there is not either a client email or a primary email, chat CMS
A Primary contact is a HCP, spouse, son, daughter or guardian. Not neighbor, not accountant, not doctor, not POA unless the POA is also very involved
