Vendors who wish to apply for permits to operate mobile vending carts or vehicles in Town-owned parks and/or at Town-sponsored special events such as concerts, parades, etc. must fill out this form.

    In the event of weather cancellation, vendors will be allowed to operate on a rain date. Individual concert dates will be refunded. No refunds given on a seasonal concert rate.
