  • Refunds for Programs and Special Events: We hold programs rain, snow, or shine, unless we notify you otherwise. If you cancel your registration seven days or more prior to the program date, we’ll refund your fee in full. If you cancel within seven days of the program date, we are unable to refund your fee. If the Foundation of the State Arboretum cancels a program for any reason, we will refund your fee in full. Please Note: While at the State Arboretum of Virginia and Blandy Experimental Farm, you may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped by one of our employees or a contracted photographer/videographer. Your attendance/program participation serves as permission for the use of your image by the State Arboretum of Virginia and Blandy Experimental Farm.

    To ensure your program reservation is confirmed, payment must be made at the time of registration, using our secure online payment system. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your registration. You will be emailed a copy of your registration. (Please check your spam filter or junk mail.)
