EXHIBITOR ORIENTATION
Tuesday, August 24th – 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the New Braunfels Civic/Convention Center.

TRADE SHOW
Tuesday, September 14th – 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Civic/Convention Center is opened to the public and targeted audience to promote your product/service. Receive fifteen (15) complimentary tickets, five (5) tickets for each additional booth rental. Exhibitors need tickets for entrance to the trade show. Purchase additional tickets for $5 each.

NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS
Tuesday, September 14th – 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Join the Chamber in entertaining your clients and celebrating your exhibit Tuesday evening. Hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and top quality entertainment. Receive six (6) complimentary tickets. Exhibitors need tickets for entrance to the "Night of Champions". Receive two (2) tickets for each additional booth rental. Purchase additional tickets for $25 each.

Booth Amenities:
EXHIBIT HALL: Each booth is 10' (deep) x 10' (wide) with 8' dividers between booths

BALLROOM: Each booth is 8’ (deep) x 10’ (wide) x 8' (high) with 2-3' dividers on each side.

Each booth will include a 6 foot skirted table, two chairs and a professional sign. Each booth will include electricity and wifi. You are encouraged to bring a power strip and electrical cord. Other amenities may be available, additional fees may apply. Please list other amenities that you may need.

During the day show, attendees will be encouraged to participate in a Scavenger Hunt that will direct them throughout the Civic Center in search of clues, and those who join in the fun and complete the hunt by getting their card fully punched will be entered into a drawing for amazing prizes! This will provide a fun way for attendees to make their way around the Trade Show seeking out clues located at the booths of exhibitors who have elected to be a Clue Stop. More details to come soon.

Exhibit booths shall be set up and removed according to the schedule set forth by the Business Trade Show. Booths shall remain intact until close of the Show when dismantling may begin. By signing below, I agree to abide by the
