Push Bikes

Hanmer is a small place, and is easy to commute around on a push bike if you are able to bring a push bike (or 2) new or old we recommend it.

Accommodation

We are staying at the Alpine Holiday Apartments again this year. There are 60 dorm beds available. There is space for tenting/wagoneering also.

Due to the confusion with beds at this event previously this year beds will be assigned to people by the organisers.

THE RULES::::
Please read these before submitting your entry.

- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person, we will contact you if this is the case.
- Clean up your own mess
- FIRE - Only in the frost pot
- No Fireworks - there are horses in nearby paddocks
- NO SKIDS at or anywhere near the campsite or venues for activities - you will be severly reprimanded and asked to leave immediately
- No loud exhausts in or around the campsite at all times (including all cars, bikes, buses and segways)
- No driving/riding around the campsite after dark. Unless you are sober
- Music off and inside voices once more than half the people have gone to bed.
- Please make sure your shoes are clean before entering carpeted areas or remove them if you think they may make a mess.
- Vehicles must have a current WOF and Registration
- No Velodrome Bikes - Road Legal Motorbiles, Scooters & Push Bikes are OK
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside ANY buildings (of any kind)
- Any damage will be charged to the person responsible
- No animals allowed sorry
- Only OS members and companions are invited. You will be held responsible for your companions behaviour.

One last thing...

As above all payments must be made by the 18th August. Unless Late Payment has been pre-arranged. If you have not paid or made arrangements to pay by the 16th of August then your entry is cancelled and you will not have allowances made for you.
