Rapids Express Car Wash Fleet Wash Program Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Rapids Express Car Wash Fleet Wash Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Program Enrollment
Eligibility: The Fleet Wash Program is available to businesses with a fleet of vehicles.
Registration: To enroll, complete the online registration form, accessible via the provided QR code. You must provide accurate and complete information about your business and fleet.
3. Minimum Monthly Spend
Minimum Charge: A minimum charge of $100 per month will apply, even if less than $100 worth of services is used.
Monthly Billing: All participants are billed monthly. Charges are based on the total services used and applicable discounts.
4. Payment Terms
Billing occurs at the end of each month. An emailed statement and payment will be sent each month, listing the washes used, along with license plates or Fleet Card Numbers. Bills are due on receipt.
5. Tiered Discounts
Discount Tiers:
$100-$499: 20% off total charges
$500 and above: 25% off total charges
Discount Application: Discounts are applied to the total amount of services used within the billing month.
6. Use of Services
Identification: Vehicles must provide the fleet account ID upon arrival at the car wash.
Logging Services: Our system logs the license plate and time of each wash for accurate tracking and billing.
7. Termination and Cancellation
Termination by User: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice. All outstanding charges must be settled upon termination.
Termination by Rapids Express: We reserve the right to terminate your participation for any reason, including violation of these terms or failure to maintain a valid credit card on file.
8. Changes to the Program
Modification of Terms: Rapids Express reserves the right to modify these terms or the program itself at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
Continued Participation: Continued participation in the program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: Rapids Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Fleet Wash Program.
Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Rapids Express harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the program.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rapids Express operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the program will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.
