Please complete this online form to register for the Seattle LSWO Latinx SW Conference which will take place on October 6 to 8th, 2022. Once you have completed this information, we will then create a personalized LSWO PayPal Invoice, and you can pay online with credit card.

The fees are the following:

Full Conference (10/6 to 10/8): $120.00
One Day Fee: $70.00
Student One Day Fee: $50.00

If you employer is going to pay your fee, please include the name, phone, and email of this organizational representative.

If you are planning on attending with 3 staff or more, then you can receive a group discount. Please email us at adrian@lswo.org.
