EVENT DESIGNER REPORT
The information you submit here will be read by the department heads from Kitchen, Planning, Staffing, Warehouse. Sales reps/venue managers may also review reports about events at their own venues.
  • Starting with the left-hand menu, select your date, location, and event name.
  • If we ran out of any food for stations, etc., please note here how much was sent (get this info from the chef) and details about when the item ran out, etc. Please be specific.
    EXAMPLE: "We got 6 baskets of dim sum dumplings and they were all gone in 20 minutes."
  • "Issues" means unanticipated food allergies, or where we were unprepared to deal with client food allergies.
  • Please be specific about food allergy issues.
    Examples:
    "A guest had a gluten allergy not listed on our paperwork" OR "A dairy free guest was listed on paperwork, but we did not have a dairy free meal for them."
  • Leave as zero if event had no plate-up line.
