    "I'm a passionate customer service specialist with more than nine years of extensive experience. I find this experience very rewarding, as I enjoy helping and connecting with people while I earn and learn at the same time.

    My most recent job was as an intake representative and finance specialist for a solar company based in Washington. It required skills such as high attention to detail, quick learning, and multitasking, to name a few. I also have a background in payment processing, order fulfillment, new customer onboarding, appointment scheduling, outbound courtesy calls, and escalation calls.
      
    I find myself a good fit for this position, as the job description and requirements are in line with my previous experience. I possess the necessary skills, and I have the customer-centric mindset of always aiming for customer satisfaction. For optimal performance, I have already designated a room solely used as an office that's very conducive to a remote work setup."
