We are a youth work company; we’re used to working with young people & I.C.Y Expeditions will endeavour to be as flexible as possible with your booking.
We will:
• Keep in regular contact to ensure we can mitigate any issues as early as possible.
• Complete all paperwork required by DofE
• Provide copies of our risk assessments & insurance documents on request.
• Agree all expedition plans prior to the expedition with you so there are no surprises.
• Agree any care plans for individual participants with you so that our provision can be as accessible as possible regardless of long-term illness or disability.
• Ensure you have the correct number of qualified instructors for the ratio agreed in our AALA licence.
Charges:
We have agreed that you will pay:
£275.00pp for the expedition.

Billing
25% Non-Refundable Deposit - Invoiced when we receive the booking
50% Invoiced 6 weeks before expedition & must be paid prior to expedition beginning
25% Invoiced after the expedition is completed

25% non-refundable
+4 weeks prior to the expedition 50% refund
+2 weeks prior to the expedition 25% refund
No show 0% refund

We have to do this because we will incur costs prior to the actual expedition. Camp sites, Instructors, equipment, etc. If expeditions are cancelled on short notice, then our Freelance Instructors suppliers & campsites will demand payment.

We strongly recommend that you & the individual participants have an insurance policy in place that will cover you & them for all possible cancellation scenarios.
