I accept full responsibility for my child's safety and authorize Kidstock! to allow them to leave their dismissal area independent of staff supervision. I release Kidstock! and their employees from any liability for my child's safety once class is dismissed and waive my rights to seek restitution for any injury incurred as a result of this decision.
