We offer an extensive survey of modern and traditional forms of Chinese Martial Arts. All students must first complete Level 1 of the course before moving onto other levels. To earn an official Wushu Shaolin Kung Fu Black Belt must complete level 1 through 5.

Release of Liability Agreement

In consideration of my participation in Wushu Shaolin Kung Fu, I hereby release and covenant not to sue Wushu Shaolin Entertainment Board of Directors and officers, and any of their employees, teachers, coaches, agents, from any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence on the part of Wushu Shaolin, or others listed for property damage, personal injury arising as a result of my engaging in or receiving instruction in Kung Fu, Wushu, or any other activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. I am aware that these training methods are vigorous sporting activities involving Jumping, acrobatics, weapons, gymnastics, and unique exercises that may pose a risk of injury. I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and as inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of California and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the waiver will continue in full legal force and effect. I affirm that I am of legal age and am freely signing this agreement I have read this form and fully understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights to sue. I understand there is a $10 registration Fee, I can cancel my subscription at any time.
