Candidates must show outstanding excellence in working with athletes inside and outside of their club.
*They must show respect to athletes, parents and officials
*They must be a champion of diversity and inclusion on and off the mat
*They must have passion for the sport
*They must have a strong desire for all athletes, no matter their ability to succeed
*They must have fun and enjoying the sport, must be the driving factor in all they do
*The Coach nominee must have a current membership in good standing with USA Taekwondo to be eligible for this award
