Vendor Application for Lilly Lovers' Market
Holiday Market Vendor Application – Saturday, Nov 1 • 10 AM–2 PM
This form is your application to be considered as a vendor for our upcoming Holiday Market. Completing this form does not guarantee a spot. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text with further details. A $50.00 non-refundable fee is required to secure your space.
Vendor Details & Requirements:
• Space: Each space is 6 ft. You may bring your own table or rent one from me for an additional fee.
• Setup: Doors open at 8:30 AM for setup. All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM to allow a few minutes for introductions before the market opens.
• Promotion: Approved vendors are required to promote the event on social media, with friends and family, and within their networks. Sharing the event helps ensure strong turnout for everyone.
• Photos: Please upload photos with your application — a picture of you with your setup and your business logo — so I can share them in event promotions.
• Payments & Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting payment for their own goods, including any applicable sales tax.
• No Children: Children are not permitted to accompany vendors during the event.
• No-shows: Any vendor who does not show up will not be permitted to participate in future events.
• Behavior & Sisterhood: This event is built on kindness, support, and community over competition. All vendors are expected to treat one another, shoppers, and event staff with respect. Negative attitudes, gossip, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and restrictions on future participation.
• Charity Benefit: The $1 entry fee for shoppers benefits our charity of the month. In addition, I kindly ask that each vendor make a contribution back to the charity from their sales — the amount is up to you, but every bit makes a difference.
Additional Policies:
• Rain or Shine: This is an indoor event and will take place regardless of weather.
• Full Event Commitment: Vendors must remain for the full event from 10 AM–2 PM. No early breakdowns are permitted.
• Clean-Up: Vendors must remove all items, trash, and displays from their space by the end of breakdown time.
• Space Assignments: Spaces are assigned by the event organizer. Requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
• Allowed Items: No counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing products are permitted. All items must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liability: The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance if desired.
