Thank you for your interest in being a GinaCurl Hair Model at Endless Creations Salon. All model opportunities are first come first serve!

All GinaCurl Hair Model services will be provided at a discounted 30% OFF the regular GinaCurl pricing which is based on the client's current hair length, density and product customization requirements.

You will be serviced by a Licensed Cosmetologist who completed the Advanced Online GinaCurl Certification course as well as Onsite Training.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Once you have completed this form, we will contact you to coordinate scheduling based on your availability and our current calendar/availability for your GinaCurl Model appointment or place you on our GinaCurl Model Waitlist.

- GinaCurl Model Wait Time: The approximate wait-time is currently 1-4 weeks.

- Upon model selection, you will receive 30% OFF the regular GinaCurl service price

- Upon GinaCurl model selection you will be given 72 hours (3 DAYS) to reply to our GinaCurl Model appointment email.

- We will take pictures and record video clips for our social media marketing. Showing Before and After photos/videos, As well as the transformation of your GinaCurl hair service.

- Arrive alone (no additional people allowed. This includes spouse, family, friends, children, etc.

A GinaCurl Hair Model is NOT for those with a strict time restraint. Instead, consider booking a regular appointment for a more time-efficient experience.

  • GINACURL MODEL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

    Gina Curl Models MUST allow us to follow their GinaCurl Journey for 6 months to 1 year and provide monthly pictures and feedback of the progress.

    GinaCurl Models must be able to receive 2 GinaCurl service(s) within a 6-month period.

    GinaCurl Models must be able to receive 1 Initial Hair trim and subsequent trims every 3 months to properly track shedding or breakage.

    GinaCurl Models must use GinaCurl Home Maintenance Kit that will be provided with your GinaCurl Model service.

    LENGTH IS DETERMINED BY THE NATURAL LENGTH OF THE HAIR WHEN THE HAIR IS STRETCHED OUT (ELONGATED).

    NOTE: Curly, Kinky & Coily Textured hair grows big before it grows long.

    When Curly, Kinky & Coily textures are stretched out fully the true length of the hair is revealed.

  • CURRENT HAIR DENSITY

  • FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR AN ACCURATE READING
    - Place your hair into a ponytail using a ponytail holder (wrapping 2x's).
    - Wrap a flexible tape measure around the base of your ponytail (this reveals your hairs' density).

    HD - High Density Hair requires more time and product usage.

    This helps us to QUOTE CORRECT pricing and allocate and anticipate the amount of time and product usage your GinaCurl service may be.

  • CURRENT HAIR CONDITION

  • Texture Hair is more Prone to Tangles, Knotting and matting

    TANGLED/KNOTTED HAIR is when the hair strands are intertwined with each other and are stuck in the strands of hair.

    MATTED HAIR is an intensified version of tangled hair. The strands of hair are woven into a coarse clump of tangles and can lock and become difficult to untangle.

    If your hair is Tangled/Knotted or Matted we are unable to perform this service. We recommend

  • HEALTH HISTORY

  • We cannot apply a GinaCurl in the First Trimester and the Third Trimester of pregnancy.

    If you have had a Wave Nouveau or Carefree Curl service, please read this section:

    You are able to do a GinaCurl if you previously had a Wave Nouveau, CareFree Curl or GeriCurl service. The active ingredient in all Curl Reforming applications is Ammoninum Thiogylcolate.

    You will need a minimum of 4 inches of New growth in order to receive a GinaCurl retouch service.

    Hair Model appointments for the GinaCurl Curly Variation and the Straight Variation services are currently available on SPECIFIC SUNDAYS - FRIDAYS ONLY

    You can REQUEST A SPECIFIC DAY FOR YOUR GINACURL APPOINTMENT. Use the comment box below to specify your availability.

    We will then try to accommodate your request
    based our current availability.

    If there is NO availability for the specified dates you request, we will TEXT or EMAIL you with alternative dates and/or offer to add you to OUR GINACURL MODEL WAITLIST.

    There are other restaurants nearby. We can also order your lunch from GrubHub, UberEats, Door Dash etc. Just let us know your preference.

  • GINACURL MODEL APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVAL

    Any GinaCurl Model client who is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be charged a $25.00 additional fee.

    If you are more than 30 minutes late this could result in a cancellation and forfeit your deposit and you are allowed 1 courtesy reschedule modification.

    NOTE: This is a lengthy Specialty service, and we block out 6-8 hours for this service.

    No refunds are provided if you NO SHOW or Late cancel.

  • GINACURL HAIR MODEL LATE ARRIVALS:

    Any client who is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be charged a $50.00 additional fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late this could result in having to reschedule.
