To perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your request, a $100.00 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable unless travel is completed. Vacation planning involves much time.

Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as possible.

Once WeGo Travel has constructed your itinerary, if you find a better deal for the same travel components that were quoted to you by WeGo Travel you must show proof and give us an opportunity to book the same deal.

If you choose to book your vacation with another agency or direct, the Plan to Go Deposit will be retained by WeGo Travel as payment for services rendered. All vacations arranged through WeGo Travel offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual and group travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation.


We will reach out to you for a response, 3 times in the week after providing the initial itinerary.
If we hear nothing, we will not contact you again.
After 3 months we will consider you a 'no-show' and the deposit will be forfeited.

We will need the below information to send an invoice to you where you will pay that direct to ARTec Global LLC dba WeGo Travel. Once payment of the deposit is received we will start the planning process of your travels.

I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage WeGo Travel to research my vacation plans. I agree that if I decide not to continue with the vacation or I book it with another agency or direct, that WeGo Travel will be entitled to retain the Plan to Go Deposit as remuneration for efforts made on my behalf.
The deposit will be refunded upon completion of travel using WeGo Travel services.
