The Association of Fundraising Professionals is pleased to present Massachusetts Gives, a celebration of the remarkable philanthropists, volunteers, and development professionals in the Bay State. Awardees, nominated by the institutions they represent, will be honored for their outstanding leadership, commitment, and support at a breakfast event on November 12, 2026, at UMass Club in Boston.

Nominations are due by August 1, 2026.

The committee will select honorees and notify all nominators in September. Thank you for your interest and support.

Award Categories:

Leader in Philanthropy

This award honors an individual or family whose charitable giving inspires others to give back. The awardee is nominated and selected by AFP MA's Executive Committee.

Big Heart Service Award

This award honors a volunteer whose donation of time has inspired others to give back.

Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation

This award honors a foundation that demonstrates outstanding commitment through financial support, innovation, and motivation of others.

Outstanding Corporate Philanthropist

This award honors a corporation or its corporate foundation that demonstrates outstanding commitment through financial support and through encouragement and motivation of others.

Outstanding Fundraising Professional

This award honors an outstanding fundraiser for recent achievements working for nonprofit, charitable organizations.

Lifetime Achievement in Fundraising

This award honors an individual for achievements over the span of an entire career.
