    Cut & vacuum wrap included. Hanging weight ranges from 130 pounds to 190 pounds approx. Approx. 85 to 123 lbs of beef ($680 to $1000). Includes the following cuts (each quarter varies slightly):

    2 packages of 2 Ribeye steaks
    2 packages of 2 New York steaks

    Hanging weight per half is approx. 250 to 300 lbs. Cut and wrapped meat is approx. 65% +/- of hanging wt. This varies with how the beef is cut.

    Halves and wholes can be picked up at our butcher in Springville or we can make other arrangments.
