1. ELIGIBILITY: This $69 introductory package is exclusively for new adult students who have never attended classes at North Central Ballet. Current and former NCB students are not eligible.

2. DESIGNATED SESSION: The package includes four adult ballet classes on January 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2027, from 6:00–7:30 PM. The package cannot be used for other classes, dates, or months.

3. ATTENDANCE: Missed classes are forfeited. No makeup classes, credits, substitutions, or extensions are provided.

4. ONE PACKAGE PER PERSON: Each eligible participant may purchase only one holiday introductory package.

5. NONTRANSFERABLE: The package is issued to the named participant and cannot be transferred, shared, or redeemed for cash.

6. LIMITED AVAILABILITY: Only 10 introductory packages are available. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by North Central Ballet.

7. PURCHASE DEADLINE: The offer expires December 31, 2026, or when all 10 packages have sold, whichever occurs first.

8. FUTURE CLASSES: This offer does not include February classes or ongoing enrollment. Students wishing to continue after January may attend at the regular adult ballet rate.

9. REFUND POLICY: Purchases are final and nonrefundable except as required by law or if North Central Ballet cannot provide the purchased classes.

10. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: NORTH CENTRAL BALLET — ADULT PARTICIPATION WAIVER & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that participation in classical ballet involves physical activity, including stretching, balancing, turning, jumping, and other movements that carry inherent risks of injury.

I voluntarily choose to participate in North Central Ballet's adult ballet classes and acknowledge that I am responsible for exercising within my own abilities and informing my instructor of any limitations that may affect my safe participation.

I understand that North Central Ballet cannot guarantee that injuries will not occur. I agree to follow instructor directions, observe studio safety policies, and discontinue any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas law, I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks inherent in participating in ballet instruction.

I understand that I must also complete North Central Ballet's official student registration through Jackrabbit before attending my first class.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this participation waiver and am voluntarily agreeing to its terms.
