SDOH in DE Research Grant
Intent to Apply Using Walden Data

To ensure that Walden data proposed for collection and/or existing data requested for use in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) are accessible and/or available, the Principal Investigator (PI) must submit this form indicating his/her intent to apply using Walden data. This information will be reviewed by Research & Sponsored Programs (RSP), in conjunction with university leaders, to ensure that the proposed data collection is attainable and/or the requested existing data can be provided. By confirming the accessibility/availability of Walden data, the PI gains an assurance that their proposed research is both viable and in alignment with the SDOH in DE Research Grant program goals, which increases the chances that the research proposed will be funded.

STOP: If your proposed research does not involve data to be collected from the Walden community and/or use of Walden existing data, then you do not need to complete this form!
  • Instructions for Completing this Form
