Season Pass Refund Request Form - CLOSED
The season pass refund request deadline was July 31, 2020. Refunded passes were deactivated immediately.

*Depending on the amount of time that has elapsed since the original ticket order, refunds will either A) Be returned to the credit card with which the tickets were purchased OR B) A check will be issued from the Mazza Vineyards, Inc. Accounting Department. Refunds can take up to one week to process.

*We are processing the requests in the order they come with very limited staff who have other responsibilities as well at this time. If you have not heard back within 1 business week, please email RoyalSPK@PaRenFaire.com - Please do not resubmit the form.
