1. Upon completion of this form I will manually create your reservation and apply your deposit.
Please allow up to 48-72 business hours after completion of this form for Liz Moore Destination Weddings to finalize your reservation. It is very important in case of Human or Computer error that you please reach out to me via email (Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com) if you have NOT directly heard from me in 72 hours.

This step is crucial as Guest booking reports are only submitted monthly to our wedding couples for cross checking.

NOTE: Deposit amount will be the Per Person room deposit charge listed on the Wedding Couple's/ Group Leader's website plus the cost of any Travel Protection you select.

2. You will receive the itinerary and payment invoice receipt upon finalization of your reservation.

3. You can choose to make monthly payments or you can choose to pay the remainder of the reservation on the final payment date. If you choose to make monthly payments please reach out to Tanisha via email to set this up at Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com

4. 1 month prior to departure I will send an email asking you to verify your flight info (even if you already sent this to me please re-send it so I have the most up to date flight info for you).

5. 1-2 weeks prior to departure I will send you an email with your itinerary and vital travel information.

6. Future Payments:
We do not offer recurring payment plans. There is just an initial deposit and final payment due date. You are able to make payments anytime you wish within that time period at your discretion. To make a payment simply reach out to me via email ( Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com) and request a payment link. Payment links are good for 72 hours from the date received.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. Please review to ensure your preferred travel dates, room category, passport names, birth dates are in order.Please sign the invoice (Only one time is required) & send it back to me within 7 days as the Travel Suppliers require your signature as legal acknowledgement.

Initial Deposit: The initial deposit to reserve your reservation is non-refundable.

PASSPORT: Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months longer than your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to obtain at your expense all documentation required by all relevant government authorities for travel, which may vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation may be required for unaccompanied minors or children traveling without both parents. You may be denied boarding the aircraft if you do not have the proper required documentation. Liz Moore Destination Weddings Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrect documentation whatsoever.

FLIGHT ITINERARY: Check with the airline at least 24 hours prior to each departure to ensure your flight is departing as scheduled. Airlines recommend Check-In 3 hours before flight departures. Passengers who do not allow sufficient time for all Check-In procedures as specified by the Airlines may be denied boarding and no compensation will be provided for missed Flights.Liz Moore Destination Weddings Ltd does not accept any liability for missed connections or for any expenses resulting from delayed, rescheduled, oversold or cancelled flights.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Will vary & change frequently so you will need to contact the Airline you are traveling with directly to verify specific restrictions.

ENTRY & DEPARTURE TAXES: It is your responsibility to know and pay the appropriate amount of taxes to gain entry & departure of the countries you are planning on visiting. Most countries only take cash & typically USD.

GROUP BOOKINGS: If you are booked in a group and your group's size falls below the supplier's minimum requirements you agree to the possibility of a travel package increase.

DISCLAIMER Liz Moore Destination Weddings is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers ("principals" identified on the attached or accompanying documents) in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by this agency (such as cruises, air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such supplier's rates, bookings or reservation. Agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveller in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the agent's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveller(s) voluntarily assume(s) all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.
