  • Please describe the activities that will take place during your event. No admission may be charged under any guise, no sales of items may be made, and fundraising is not permitted on Library premises, although books related to author talks and book signings may be sold.

  • Example: I need access to the room 1 hour before the event.
  • All meetings must end at the time indicated on the meeting room application. Applicants are responsible for knowing how to use the Zoom platform and for abiding by the Zoom Terms of Service (www.zoom.us/docs/en-us/services-description.html). Staff will not be available for technical support.
