Camp - Sun. Feb. 17 ~ 2:30 - 6:00 PM (RDV Sports Complex)
Halftime Performance - Fri. Feb. 22 ~ 7PM (Amway Center)
*The Amway Center is located in downtown Orlando, FL

Ages 5 - 17 ONLY

Transportation to and from the camp and then again from the game, is solely the responsibility of the MPSD parent. MPSD Staff is not allowed to transport dancers. There will be a 3% convenience fee added to all grand totals due to process accounts for payment.

JR. MAGIC MINI DANCE CAMP WAIVER
I hereby authorize the staff of the Jr. Magic Mini Dance Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and I hereby waive and release RDV Sports, the Orlando Magic, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries or accidents incurred while at camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by the named participant in the camp program outlined. I also understand that the camp retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes photographs of participants taken during the clinic. The Jr. Magic Mini Dance Camp does not qualify for the child and dependent care expense credit under the IRS guidelines.
