Sayonara party:

PAYMENT FOR THE MEAL IS TO BE MADE ON THE NIGHT AT THE RESTAURANT - NOT TRANSFERRED WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE.
Please indicate if you will be joining us for the sayonara party at the Happy Gathering Chinese restaurant on Saturday 6th January. The cost of the meal should be less than £30 per person.

The booking for the table will be made in December and numbers finalised with the restaurant.

Any cancellations for the meal after the 20th December (or any no shows on the night) will be charged at £18 to minimise the clubs financial loss.

Selecting attendance/non attendance below indicates an understanding and agreement to this. *

Cost of one individual keiko - £8

Juniors (under 18’s) get a £10 discount on attendance for 2 days or more, so:

Cost for the full kangeiko for U18 - £30
Cost of 2 days total - £20

You may attend as much of the Kangeiko as you wish, but please make sure to pay the correct amount for what you attend.
