You can do only one of the following but not both: a. receive a commission on the sale; b. give your referrals a discount on their purchase. To get started we'd need you to:

1 - have an UltraStream, I Love H2 or another one of our products and be using it.
2 - get us your hi-res picture.
3 - get us your brief paragraph (not salesy) about why you'd want to "advocate" and what you'd want to say on your landing page (see examples below).
4 - complete the forms below.

We'd create your landing page like one of these > the Advocate Pages.

We'd then create a unique coupon code for your referrals to receive free shipping, special offers, free educational webinars and so we can track your commissions and referrals.

WITHOUT your referrals using your code, we simply can NOT guarantee them special offers or track your commissions NOR will we make adjustments AFTER an order because the instructions weren't followed.

Nothing stops you from entering your customer's orders with YOUR CODE into the shopping cart to make sure there are no errors.

Then when your "landing page" is up you'd give your clients:

Use this application if you are an independent professional. This is perfect for Chiropractors, Doctors, Professional Athletes, or Researchers in the field of Health and Wellness.

Use this application if you want to represent UltraStream for your business or office. This is perfect for Physical Therapy Offices, Medical Facilities, Schools, or Athletic Programs where there isn't one specific representative. Also retail locations that want to let customers know they recommend the product and where to buy it.

Use this application if you want to advocate for UltraStream or other products as an individual and not necessarily affiliate it with a professional entity. Also use this application if you are a professional and you'd like to recommend UltraStream as an Individual (not tied to your profession or office).

If you've chosen to receive commissions, we'll use this information to transfer commissions to your account.

A 10% commissions is paid on the final price. In some cases for large items, the sale price "may" include extra shipping which we'd deduct out of the sale price to calculate the correct commission. We don't offer commissions to you AND discounts to the customers. You can take the option to just give a 10% discount to your clients but you won't receive a commission.

Commissions are paid 30-days after the close of the current month and when the commission due has reached $100 or more. Unpaid commissions under $100 will remain unpaid until the total commission due is $100 or more. We delay payments leaving time to execute returns - which have been absolutely minimal simply because we take very good care of the customer and make sure the fit is good.

Each advocate is given a custom web page to send clients to purchase the UltraStream (or other products). You'll need to include a short title, paragraph of information, and photo for your page.
