All committee members must be registered members of a club and Swimming NSW in order for your affiliation to be processed.

Financial Reporting Requirements – Clubs/Areas are required to keep records of all their financial transactions. Clubs/Areas are required to lodge their financial reports to the NSW Office of Fair Trading annually if they are a Tier 1 association. Failure to do so may result in the NSW Office of Fair Trading cancelling a clubs incorporated association status. If a club/areas’s incorporation is cancelled then they will not be able to affiliate with Swimming NSW.
