KCFW F/W 2026 AMBASSADOR APPLICATION
We're accepting applications from hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals willing to work in a team environment during Kansas City Fashion Week. Participating as a KCFW Ambassador will get you behind the scenes experience at the largest fashion event in the Midwest.
All ambassadors will be notified via the email address given on this application and will be asked to reply receipt immediately in order to participate.
**PLEASE only apply if you know you are able to commit to your selections. Be sure and mark your shift choices on your calendar now so you do not forget. Acceptance emails will go out within a month of the event.**

Tuesday, September 22nd - Puppy Yoga Assistance at Hotel KC: 5pm - 7pm
Wednesday, September 23rd - Union Station Setup: 9am - 3pm (some lifting needed)
Wednesday, September 23rd - Check-In Assistance: 8am - 3pm (mostly seated)
Wednesday, September 23rd - Backstage Check-In Assistance: 8:45am - 3pm
Wednesday, September 23rd - Daytime Designer Assistant (likely 10am-ish through 5pm/6pm)
Wednesday, September 23rd - Union Station Runway Event: 4pm - 10pm (or End of Show)
Thursday, September 24th - Check-In Assistance: 8am - 3pm (mostly seated)
Thursday, September 24th - Backstage Check-In Assistance: 8:45am - 3pm
Thursday, September 24th- Daytime Designer Assistant (likely 10am-ish through 5pm/6pm)
Thursday, September 24th - Union Station Runway Event: 4pm - 10pm (or End of Show)
Friday, September 25th - Check-In Assistance: 8am - 3pm (mostly seated)
Friday, September 25th - Backstage Check-In Assistance: 8:45am - 3pm
Friday, September 25th - Daytime Designer Assistant (likely 10am-ish through 5pm/6pm)
Friday, September 25th - Union Station Runway Event: 4pm - 10:30pm (or End of Show)
Saturday, September 26th - Check-In Assistance: 8am - 3pm (mostly seated)
Saturday, September 26th - Backstage Check-In Assistance: 8:45am - 3pm
Saturday, September 26th - Vendor Market Setup/Help: 7:30am - 11am
Saturday, September 26th - Daytime Designer Assistant (likely 10am-ish through 5pm/6pm)
Saturday, September 26th - Union Station Runway Event: 4pm - 10:30pm and Load Out after show (likely until 11:30pm)
