We are sorry to see you leave Parkview!

Here are a couple of steps to complete the process:

1. Fill out the opt out form. The opt out form does not complete your withdrawal process from Parkview Baptist School.

2. After completing this form, communicate with your child(ren)'s respective division office to complete withdrawal.

3. Technology (if applicable) will need to be turned in to the technology department.

4. Financial obligations must be completed before records will be released.
