2023-24 AHSVCA Coach of the Year Voting
AHSVCA/AVCA active membership is required to vote.

**YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE VOTING BALLOT FOR COACH OF THE YEAR.**

All member coaches may vote for one Coach of the Year in each school classification. Coaches are NOT required to vote in every class. If you do NOT wish to vote in class, you may select "NA" for that class.

Coach of the Year will be selected for each class.

  • AHSVCA COACH OF THE YEAR VOTING

    To qualify for consideration, a coach must be an AHSVCA/AVCA member, as well as have a successful record for the 2023-24 season.

    In addition, the coach should exhibit:
    • Knowledge of the game (rules, systems, coaching philosophy)
    • Rapport with the team (respect of the players)
    • Talent development (gets the most out of their players)
    • Leadership (helps other coaches, organizes tournaments/special events)
    • Volunteerism (volunteers at coaches clinics, or with the AVCA/AHSVCA)
    • Rapport with other coaches, officials and media (cooperative, considerate)

  • As write-in nominees are added, they will be added to the multiple choice selection.
