Conference-$450/person

Pre-Conference-$150/person

Pre-Conference will be held on October 5th from 9am-4pm and will have various treehouse and zip line topics, meal package available. Check website for updates, sorry you must copy paste:

Camping @ $30 per person per night (facilitrees avilable)

Please let us know how many in your party will be camping on site. Camping includes tent site and breakfast, conference separate.

Select Meal Type

Full Meal Ticket- $245/person (includes Sat. night)

Sat. Banquet Only- $85/person

Full Meal Ticket includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday but no dinner and then breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday and the Sunday brunch.

Banquet Only is for Saturday night dinner.

Please inform the Out 'n' About staff of any special dietary requests and/or requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free when you book your lodging.

Please note any special requests and/or dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian or any food allergies you have. Requests for meals made after registration are NOT guaranteed.

Shirt Size

Please provide shirt size to receive a conference shirt with registration. If you would like to purchase extra shirts please specify sizes and the number you would like to purchase. Extra shirts are $35.00 a piece. If you register after 9/15/2023 requested shirt sizes are not guaranteed.
