EmailMe Form - 2023-2024　新規出願（Master!!!)

出願期限は2022年11月27日アメリカ東部時間の11:59PMです。それ以降も出願を受け付けますが、定員を超えている場合は欠員待ちとなります。

出願の流れは以下の通りです。

1. 新規出願フォームの提出

2. 考査面接申込みフォームの提出
出願フォームの提出後に、学校から面接申し込みに関するイーメールが送付されます。オンラインでフォームを提出してください。提出がない場合は面接の設定ができません。
また、幼児部への出願者（全日課程/土曜課程）は、現地校や過去に通っていた保育園や習い事等の施設からの評価票を提出が必要です。本校より評価者の方に連絡の上、オンラインで提出していただきます。

＊出願したクラスが内部の進級者により既に定員を満たしている場合は、学校から連絡がありウエイトリストに登録されます。その後、籍が空き次第、学校より再度連絡があります。指定日に面接を受けてください。

イーメールまたは電話にて通知されます。
考査面接後、合格・不合格・補欠合格が決定されます。補欠合格者は得点順にウェイトリストに登録され、籍が空き次第、順次入学となります。

Application deadline is November 27th, 11:59 p.m. EST. Although we will continue accepting applications after this deadline, if there are no spaces available, you will need to wait for an opening made available by a cancellation.

The following is the procedure of application.

1. Submit online application

2. Fill in request form for interview.

You will receive an email from the school to sign up for an interview. The form is filled online. If a form is not submitted, an interview will not be scheduled.

In addition, if you are applying to the preschool program (Regular and/or Saturday), Evaluation from the current/previous school is required. Lyceum Kennedy will reach out who evaluates.

* If there are no seats available in the class to which you have applied, school will notify you immediately. At this point, there will be no interview. School will be placing your child on a waitlist. Later on, school inform you when a seat becomes available, then school sets up an interview date.

Acceptance/denial/waitlist of your child will be notified via email or by phone. The waitlisted applicants will be informed when a seat becomes available.
