2026 Heritage Fair Booth Application Form
What is Heritage Fair?
Since 2012, the London Heritage Council’s Heritage Fair has been devoted to celebrating the rich history of London and bringing it to the forefront. This event aims to give the community an opportunity to explore and reconnect with many aspects of their heritage in new and exciting ways.
Who will host Heritage Fair this year?
The London Heritage Council, in partnership with the London Public Library, and the City of London Culture Services Division NCWS, will host Heritage Fair 2026.
When and where is Heritage Fair happening?
This in-person event will take place on February 21st, 2026, at London Public Library's Central Library: 251 Dundas St, London, ON, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
What is next year's theme?
The theme of next year's event is “Honouring the Past, Celebrating the Present: Here’s to 200 More!” The theme will highlight the celebration of London’s bicentennial anniversary! Join us in honouring the past and celebrating the present, two centuries of innovation, inspiration, and integration that have made our city the historically rich and culturally vibrant hub it is today. Exhibitors will showcase how their organizations have evolved over the years and thereby contributed to the growth of the Forest City. Exhibitors are encouraged to showcase and celebrate individuals or groups who have made significant contributions to the city's development. This could include local inventors, artists, or community leaders, fostering a sense of pride in local achievements. Participating organizations are encouraged to dive into local folklore and legends, to research and present stories that have shaped cultural identities.
When is the deadline for applying?
The application will open on October 20th, 2025, and the deadline for submission is November 21st, 2025, before 5:00 p.m. EST.
How will participating organizations be selected?
Organizations will be selected based on their ability to demonstrate next year's theme at their booth space. Please be aware that not all organizations that apply will necessarily be selected.
Why should my organization participate in the Heritage Fair?
London has grown tremendously in the past few years, but its heritage is what makes it truly extraordinary. By participating, your organization will have the opportunity to connect with an audience it wouldn’t share a space with otherwise. Display and share your organization’s history, development, anecdotal stories, contribution to the city with a community that shares the same passion. Additionally, by participating in Heritage Fair, the site will be included in the London Heritage Council's city-wide marketing program for Heritage Fair.
