Payment Information

Trip Protection Plan:

We highly recommend that travelers who believe they may need to cancel their trip consider purchasing a Trip Protection Plan or Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Travel Insurance. In today’s unpredictable travel environment, including potential government-imposed restrictions, protecting your investment is more important than ever.

Our Trip Protection Plan is available for $450 and allows you to cancel for any reason up to 45 days before travel. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund, minus the $450 plan cost. On day 44 before travel, the Trip Protection Plan will expire, and $250 of the plan cost will automatically be credited toward your final payment. From this point onward, the standard Cancellation Policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions will apply.

To Opt-Out, you must notify us by email no later than 45 days before the tour. If you opt out at this point, you will receive a full refund, less the $450 cost of the plan.

Please note: This plan applies only to monies paid toward the land cost of the tour and does not cover any prior credits, vouchers, or airfare, which are subject to the airline's Terms & Conditions.

If you choose to purchase the Trip Protection Plan, it must be added to your initial deposit—this option cannot be added at a later time.
